A firm of financial advisers, providing advice to private and corporate clients on investments, pensions, estate and tax planning, mortgages and life, medical and health insurance. The business is constantly growing and we are celebrating their 15th anniversary

You will need experience in a financial services firm, able to work in a small team providing technical support to the Adviser Team. Working in a modern open-plan office on a business park on the edge of Peterborough in a small company of around 20 employees.

The role primarily involves:

Analysing provider and product information and updating database with this information

Producing accurate reports for client meetings within specified deadlines

Preparing suitability letters for a full range of products

Providing technical support to the whole of business

Skills & Experience required

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Not essential if close or studying)

Experience of working in a financial advice firm

Good technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products

Able to produce accurate, high quality work in a timely manner

Able to work in a small team and prioritise own workload

Excellent IT skills and able to grasp new processes easily - previous experience of using Iress/Adviser Office would be useful but not essential


Salary on offer around £30,000 depending upon experience and qualifications

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with one hour lunch break

Company pension after 3 months

Six months’ probationary period
