Night Concierge Manager for Highly Prestigious Residential Development
South West London
Monday - Friday 7pm - 3am
£29,000 annual salary

My client, a large property management company, are currently recruiting for a Night Concierge Manager for one of their 5* Luxury Residential Development in South West London to be the focal point of the front of house management at the development. The Concierge Manager will supervise and monitor all front of house personnel to ensure that customer service is the priority at the development. They will also liaise with Landlord's personnel, contractors and specialists as required. The successful candidate will head the operation of concierge services and be the line manager for up to 16 concierge staff

Main duties shall include but are not limited to:

*Manage the concierge staff along with the Assistant Estate Manager, address relevant employment related issues, ensuring company policies, standards and procedures are adhered to.
*Administer and enforce concierge staff attendance including daily verification of clock in/out times for their shifts.
*Ensure concierge staff are correctly dressed in their uniforms, look professional and to the standard expected.
*Ensure that the concierge staff perform their duties as per their job description.
*Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations
*Oversee handovers between day and night shifts and submit report of shifts occurrences and incidents to the Assistant Estate Manager on a daily basis including patrol matrixes and honesty traces. Urgent issues must be relayed to the Assistant Estate Manager at the earliest opportunity.
*Assist with general administrative tasks for the development, which may include preparing reports, and document and record management.
*Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to; both company through the safety management system and legislative under H&SAWA 74.
*Enforce the no parking zone on the development and liaising with the enforcement company when required.
*Liaise with the car park management personnel in relation to bookings for basement loading bays.
*Create reports of maintenance issues around the development such as lighting, lifts, drainage and/or damages and report all defects to the onsite Maintenance Manager and/or the relevant contractors.
*Engage with the local authorities such as the Police or Fire Brigade in the event of an emergency.
*Attend training courses that benefit the development or role.

The successful candidate should;

*Have extensive experience of working in a high end customer service establishment, preferably in large residential sites. (ESSENTIAL)
*Have a working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation. (ESSENTIAL)
*Be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communications skills. (ESSENTIAL)
*Have excellent customer service skills. (ESSENTIAL)
*SIA qualifications. (DESIRABLE)
*CCTV monitoring and data protection knowledge. (DESIRABLE)
