Here at Knole Green, we are working with a market leading support services group to recruit a proactive Site Manager to work on a contract based in West London working on Planned Works, involving the external and internal repairs to social housing properties.
As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will ensure all works comply with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations. Previous experience of this is essential for this role.
For this role you must hold the following certificates:
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness

This is a full time, permanent role for which you will receive an excellent annual salary of £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance.
