*NEW ACCOUNT MANAGER*

Salary: £30,000-£50,000

My client are rapidly expanding company bordering Bedfordshire, who work make IT systems more scientifically aware. Their software allows the rapid scanning of scientific information, identifying the concepts within, concerning important issues such as Drug Development. They offer a range of end-user applications, that make complex content a lot more simple to use. They work with large clients such as Pfizer and Novartis, and their client base is constantly expanding. They are on the lookout for an Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join the team, who has a passion and understanding for Biology and Life Sciences, as well as a keen interest in software sales.

Summary of the skills they are looking for:

  • Passion for Biology and Life Sciences
  • Strong Account Management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and wants, in turn really driving revenue from the current client base
  • Experience and an understanding of drug development, having worked with key clients within this sphere
  • Software sales experience
  • The ability to coordinate teams and manage/deliver projects
  • Commercial experience, able to renew, upsell and cross-sell where necessary
  • Able to foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Experience using CRM systems

The salary is between £30,000-£50,000, all dependent on the calibre of the individual. An incentive-driven workplace, they have a strong bonus structure in place, as they are keen to really reward individuals.
