Do you have at least 3 years’ experience as an office manager or Business support manager ?

Are you highly experienced at setting up new office processes/procedures & managing them?

Do you have any experience of working within an accountancy or law practice?

Salary - £25,000 to £30,000 depending on candidate

The firm

Our client is an established and growing law firm seeking an Office Manager / experienced Office Support Manager to help oversee the smooth running of the practice.

The firm act for a mix of clients from High Net Worth Individuals to small family businesses across a range of legal services. They are close knit team and are looking for someone to contribute to the efficient and successful running of the firm.

Who they are looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person with a flexible approach to work. They should be able to demonstrate good organisational, interpersonal & IT skills (and sense of humour is desirable).

Key skills and attributes required for this role

•Previous Office manager / commercial experience in a similar role (ideally within an legal practise / financial organisation)

•Excellent communication and organisational skills

•Strong IT skills

•Ability to form business relationships with third party suppliers and liaise at all levels of the firm

•Polite, polished and professional manner

•Has a proactive nature

Typical duties:

•Devising and maintaining office systems and coordinating the organisation and storage of digital information and paperwork

•Deal office matters including - adhoc team queries (e.g IT / Facilities issues/ assisting on-boarding new clients), managing HR / absences & holidays schedule/ stationary management and staff induction

•Generating and filing online company Annual returns and Company Confirmation Statements

•Arrange & monitor health & safety matters and servicing of office equipment

•Look for commercial opportunities to manage third party costs and help grow the business.
