Business Development Manager - Leading Trampoline Parks - Chester

I am currently working with 2 of the largest trampoline parks in the UK based in Chester and Stoke, who are, due to rapid growth and expansion, are looking for a business development manager to join the team and help continue the growth across both parks.

Across both parks, over 2 million visitors have enjoyed the trampolines, ninja courses, free jumping, arcades, café and restauratns. From a wide background including schools, scout groups, hen parties, corporate team building sessions, sports clubs etc.

Because of rapid growth and the desire to continue the growth, my client are now looking to bring a Business Development Manager/Field Sales Executive on board to manage the group bookings side of our business and help us reach out to local schools and groups, etc.

Ideally, you will be a motivated individual who graduated with a 2:1 or higher. The field of study is not important.The graduate program is suitable for anyone looking for a career in sales or management.

The BDM/Sales Executive will receive extensive training, and have the opportunity to progress quickly through the ranks. My clients employee's often cite progression as one of the best things about working with them.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our services to groups, increasing mid-week revenue and will be paid commission on the number of group visits we get Monday-Friday.

You will be responsible for selling packages in both Stoke & Chester, but your office will primarily be the Chester store.

  • Having a car & a driving license is essential; good jokes and a sense of humour is a bonus.
  • A background in business development, account management, or sales would be awesome.

Hours will be flexible 8 hour days, Monday-Friday..

Basic pay will be between £17,000-£22,000 depending on experience. OTE for year 1 is realistically around £30k but the commission structure is uncapped so if you do a good job then you could be earning upwards of £46k
