We are a growing Health & Safety, HR and Employment Law consultancy firm offering UK-wide support to employers. We provide practical and commercial advice on HR and H&S issues, giving guidance on practice/ procedure for businesses of all types and sizes. We also represent companies in Employment Tribunals. Our client base includes bar and restaurant chains, care homes, professional sports clubs, schools, colleges, and manufacturing.

What Does The Job Involve?

The Business Development Executive role is to identify new business opportunities and develop existing relationships. You will be working alongside a Field Sales colleague to sell the fantastic services Wirehouse Employer Services has to offer the marketplace.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Booking quality appointments for your Field Sales executive.

  • Maintaining and updating a database of customer for business development purposes.

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to generate new business.

  • Conducting fact finding calls.

  • Keeping up to date with competitors and changes within the marketplace.

The Location - Our office is based in Bury Lancashire.

Daily Working Hours - 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Excellent Commission Structure - OTE of £30k+
