Sales Consultant - Basic £18 OTE £22,000

My client is highly reputable growing company based within the Fylde area. Due to their continued success, they are now looking to recruit a sales consultant to join their existing team.

The successful candidate will be expected to behave in a manner equal to the position. Self motivated, positive and flexible, as this role requires flexibility in hours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, driven to achieve targets, enthusiasm and energy. Free to travel. Due to the nature of the business, it is requirement that all staff hold current and qualifying CRB checks.

Ideal candidates will:
?Have experience within sales, telesales, working to targets, proven excellent customer service.
?Ability to solve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
?Use own initiative as well work within a team.
?IT literate and knowledge on Microsoft products.

Overview of the role:-
To work alongside your colleagues to ensure personal and company sales targets are achieved by creating new business contacts and servicing existing through exceptional call management. You will liaise with your clients to successfully packages their tours proposals, ensuring at all times that you are working within the published customer service guarantee guidelines. You will be responsible for fully representing the company service guarantee guidelines. You will be responsible for fully representing the company service ethic at all times and working within our expected framework of values and behaviours.

Role Responsibilities
Creating new business and management of existing using both telesales and email techniques.
?Liaising with client to ensure accurate tailored proposals are created.
?Accurately costing the proposals using bespoke costing system.
?Ensuring accurate information relating to accommodation, destinations and visits.
?Servicing the clients requirements in the most efficient and effective way.
?Ensuring internal guidelines are adhered to.
?Building business relationships.

Delivery of exceptional customer service and some sales administration for fluid number of tours through the year.
?Tailor making proposals reflecting requirement of group.
?Generating accurate costing's.
?Liaising with support departments to request and confirm travel, accommodation, visits requirements.
?Ensuring all tours are costed within set budgets and client deposits are received in the agreed times frames.
Sound product knowledge, including
?Regular visiting assigned areas, taking part in inspection visits.
?Input into maintaining and continually improving information packs about visits in the assigned areas.
?Researching subjects and destinations in assigned areas to ensure up to date knowledge.
?Undertaking and awareness of Safety management system and Health & Safety rules.
?Understanding the associate membership and benefit to client and company.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday- Shifts Between 8am-5.30pm. Flexibility is a must.
25 days holidays.

Salary Basic £18k, OTE £22. Commission uncapped.
