Team Administrator - Events Agency
This is a fantastic entry level role that would suit a recent (numerate) and customer focused Event Management Graduate, looking to develop a career within an events agency. Or you might currently be working within a venue (hospitality environment) looking to move into an agency environment.
There will be potential opportunities in the future (depending on your performance) to move internally within this business either into a venue sourcing role or into an events logistics role.
This role will involve dealing with invoice queries and any disputes with the aim of getting approval for the accounts team. You will be responsible for verbal and written liaison from the client and supplier liaison, as well as ensuring that all invoices are processed for payments within the agreed SLAs. You will also be responsible for follow-up communication with the client to ensure the matter is resolved effectively. You will also be managing the receipt of purchase orders, validating charge codes and running and distributing reports.
You will have first class English communication skills (verbal and written), have some financial admin background or experience, be numerate and have high attention to detail. You will be an organised person, have good MS Office skills. Your customer services skills are first class, as are your follow up skills. You will be used to following strict SLAs and ideally have experience within a client support role (preferably a high touch client).

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
Benefits: 20 days per year, increasing to 25 per year after 5 years + bonus
