Due to continuous growth within the business, an established IT company are seeking a hard working Telesales Executive to join their team. By providing a unique service this business has gone from strength to strength and is forecast considerable growth over the next year.

Key responsibilities will include:
Source sales opportunities by placing outbound calls and follow up emails
Investigate warm leads from internal sales teams
Establish needs and requirements of clients through asking open questions
Research accounts to find key decision makers and generate interest
Achieve monthly and quarterly appointment targets
Maintain and expand database of prospect clients within your given territory
The ideal candidate will be someone who is ambitious about forging a career within a sales based environment. With scope for promotion to Account Manager or Field Sales, you will be consistently rewarded for your hard work and commitment to the business. You will be adaptable and professional with ability to overcome objections with ease.
Experience within lead generation and appointment setting would be advantageous along with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. You will have an excellent telephone manner as this role will involve a high volume of outbound calling. With a basic salary of £16,500 and a generous uncapped commission structure, with potential to earn £20,000 plus OTE.
