My client is an established private care home provider based in the Kent and Surrey area. Possessing good CQC reports across the group this is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the UK's most up and coming care home groups.
- You will be in charge of monitoring the standards of care given within the home.
- Implementing processes to improve this and taking charge within CQC inspections
- You will be an integral part to the homes management team.

About the Individual:
You will need to be a registered nurse (NMC) with a strong background in the running and processes of a home. Someone with either deputy manager or senior nurse experience would be ideal.
