National Account Manager
Our Client, a Global leader in the FMCG marketplace are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for a 9 month period to manage their high profile Tesco account. Flexible on location in the South East you will be expected to work closely with the Account Controller in developing new commercial opportunities for the business whilst pioneering new product launches from within category.
This is an exceptional opportunity for one of two people; if you are an ambitious Account Manager who would love to work for a global power brand then this could be a stepping stone towards that. Prove your ability and ambition within the 9 month FTC and there is a very significant likelihood that you will be taken into the team on a full time basis. Secondly, if you are an active interim candidate looking for your next project at this level then this assignment would be not only challenging but highly rewarding working with a dynamic team of ambitious professionals.
We are looking for a commercially astute individual who has experience of direct P&L management with full accountability. You must have personally managed Tesco at some point throughout your career and have the ability to grow and develop a customer portfolio. You will be expected to add value immediately so you must be highly tenacious, driven and dynamic combined with the confidence to join a completely alien environment and make key decisions from the outset.
