A world-leading Energy and Services company now have the requirement for a dynamic, creative Bid Manager to join their collaborative team. This company support clients within the public sector including local authorities the central government bodies, emergency services, higher education institutions and transport bodies.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing and submitting completed bids to both existing and prospective clients on time and to the highest quality standard. You will also lead and manage strategically high value bids a key member of the team, this is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management skills in a dynamic sales environment, You will manage all elements of the bidding process from collecting and maintaining up-to-date experience, client references and testimonials to co-ordinating win/launch sessions, producing best practice responses and maintaining oversight of all bid related activity.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be experienced Bid Manager with proven capability of project managing the delivery of work winning, multi-million pound product or complex services opportunities. You will have extensive experience managing the bid process from start to finish and strong project management skills. You will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and you will have an excellent understanding in the FM or BPO outsourcing industry. Ideally has a background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery.
