Our highly regarded and reputable client based in Milton Keynes are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their collections team. This Credit Control job in Milton Keynes will consider the right candidate or either a full time or a part time basis.

This Credit Control job requires an experienced and confident individual, with a proven track record in aged debt collection, who is able to communicate with customers in a polite and friendly manner.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Taking in-bound and making out-bound calls to customers to obtain payment or arrange payment plans
• Input and allocation of receipts to the sales ledger
• Manually taking payment over the phone
• Setting up direct debits
• Handling quires
• Speaking to internal departments to make sure processed are followed in line with company policies
