Experienced Business Development Executive required within one of the UK’s hottest FinTech companies.

So what’s the role? 

They are proud to work with a range of quality financial partners who are capable of introducing their services to a client base where there is a need. You'll be responsible for driving revenue through these partnerships in the London region by building and managing a strong and diversified partner network and explaining to business owners and Financial Directors the benefits of using the company to fund their cash flow.

This role is perfect for a consultative business developer who understands why growing businesses need working capital.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage your partner base: Identify and approach new intermediaries who can become quality introducers of business to the company.
-  Develop and manage a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with existing introducers
- Drive revenue from our introducer channel: Analyse key business opportunities from the intermediary channel. Qualify and convert leads introduced by our intermediaries
- Conversion of qualified leads from multiple industry sectors into active trading accounts
- Educating business decision makers and intermediaries on the benefits of using their services to fund working capital versus alternatives
- Getting clients set up and well versed with the company platform
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of key business opportunities
- Company spokesperson & representative: Be the company spokesperson and representative at relevant industry events. These will include presentations, talks, round tables and panel discussions.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Relevant sales experience within the financial sector. A background in B2B solution sales or technical financial services sales. Experience in Invoice Finance required.
- Sales skills: You have a nose for new business and have experience using a variety of channels to prospect targets and close deals
- Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage and build trusted, lasting and fruitful relationships
- Presentation skills and communication skills: An ability to present the business in a compelling fashion to a wide range of stakeholders – including senior executives. Good public speaking skills a definite advantage
- Closing ability: experience of closing relevant business is required
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, numeracy and research skills
- You work hard and are passionate about achieving great results
