We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for someone currently studying towards their AAT, or someone who is studying towards a different accounting qualification, to join this established team within Reed’s central support functions. We will help to support you to grow and learn in a hands on environment.
The purpose of the Administrator is to process the daily Corporate Purchasing Card (CPC) transactions along with maintaining and reconciling against payments received. Maintaining the WIP REF process and Invoicing Support Supplier Invoices
- Process Credit Card Payments on ITS Software
- Maintain the CPC and PDQ Payment Control Spreadsheet
- Create spreadsheets and reports of billed data to send to clients (CANON)
- Telephone queries relating to CPC issues and Processes
- Run the WIP REF report and distribute to Credit Control
- Complete WIPREF updates on RIMS (Reed Invoicing System) and end of week exit process
- Complete WIPREF spreadsheet in excel to compile results reported to Directors
- Invoice and send for Payment Support Supplier Invoices
- Submitting client invoices on the Tradex web portal
- Submitting client invoices on the Coupa web portal
The ideal candidate will be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent, with a minimum of a 'C' grade in both Math's and English. They will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and Email, and will have the ability to adapt to new software packages and processes.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills who can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone. They will also be able to follow set processes and guidelines, and understand the impact on the wider business should these processes not be adhered to. We are ideally also looking for someone with experience as a sales ledger.
