Business Development Manager- B2B sales
Field Based: M4 Corridor / Thames Valley region- area dependant on successful candidate
Hours of Work: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25k with OTE of £35k (to include car allowance)
Main Purpose of the Role:
· To develop relationships with estate agents.
· To present and recommend our conveyancing service to business owners / directors
· To account manage and identify opportunity to increase revenue
Experience of estate agency and B2B sales is very desirable, but full training will be given.
You will be in charge of your own diary and planning of appointments with estate agents, so time management and the ability to hit and exceed targets, while representing the company in a smart and professional way, are key.

How are targets calculated?
Monthly bonus based on completed conveyancing matters tied to new business performance
Yes- Own car and a clean driving license required
Holiday Entitlement per annum:
30 days, including bank holidays
