Head of Sales / Telesales Manager
• Previous team management experience essential. Estate Agency experience advantageous, telesales experience essential.

£30,000 basic £50,000 OTE uncapped

The role:
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the Valuations team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• To lead from the front and conduct sales calls on behalf of their team members as required, with a high conversion rate
• Co - manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Responsible for managing the Valuation team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and meeting agreed targets.
• Ensure that all Valuation Consultants activities are in accordance with the guidelines and the services we provide.
• Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the Valuations team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and electronic bulletins
• Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales team so that they possess sufficient estate agency and company knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
