Our client near Chipping Norton is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic hotel & Golf Club that has a strong leisure and corporate business in this country location. The Hotel has an immediate vacancy so can start someone asap.
* Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
* Assisting and deputising for the Head Chef
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the restaurant, functions bar menu and room service
* Already a Sous or aspiring Chef de Partie
* Experience of working in 3/4 Star Hotels preferably corporate/leisure market
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £24k
