Training and Events Coordinator
I Am Recruiting for a Training and Events Coordinator position in a high-profile membership body in London. The successful candidate will have a strong capacity for delivering first class customer service, support in planning, organising and delivering courses, conferences and other events. This is a full-time, permanent contract with excellent opportunities to progress.
The post-holder will handle enquiries from delegates, coordinate logistics, provide advice on issues related to events and deliver effective administration and support for the Head of Professional Development. They will also assist in financial administration and marketing activities and ensuring that budgets are adhere and operational processes and procedures are fit for purpose and regularly reviewed and updated in response to changing needs. They will help with the planning of webinars, research, reporting and database management, and act as the first point of contact for delegates enquiring information about activities and events and advising them accordingly.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating training events / programmes and excellent relationship building and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail and strong budget and time management skills. They will also have strong IT skills and good understanding of eLearning and webinar platforms.
