Cabin Crew - Liverpool

£14,000 - £19,000

Hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation in accordance with EASA -Part CC requirements

Height must be 170cm or above

We have a number of Cabin Crew positions based at Liverpool Airport to join a well-established Airline. As a member of the Cabin Crew team, you will be responsible for the safety, comfort and well-being of all customers on board the aircraft.

The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, well presented and who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be approachable, friendly and be able to work as part of a small team and in high pressured situations. In order to apply with aviation regulations you must also be able to pass a Cabin Crew Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft;
  • Participate to the company activities according to the planning of the flights and the assigned duties;
  • Internalise the briefing with the command crew and the cabin crew supervisor according to the flight specific
  • To carry out the customs and border police formalities and to comply with the local regulations in the field, declaring the goods liable to be declared, if the case may be, included
  • Greet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats;
  • Provide high quality services to the passengers;
  • To collaborate with the flight crew and continuously communicate with the members of the crew
  • To promote mutual respect, collaboration and transparency among flight attendants and within flight Operations Directorate as well as with other persons
  • Present emergency equipment and give instructions;
  • Monitor and secure the cabin regularly
  • Comply with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection;
  • Assist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations;
  • Provide special help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc.)
  • Submit analytic reports concerning flight incidents

Mandatory Requirments:

  • Age: Minimum 18-year-old;
  • Height: 170cm or above
  • Weight: The weight must be proportional to your height;
  • Piercings & Tattoos: Visible piercings and tattoos are not allowed;
  • Hold a minimum one-year valid passport from the date of hire;
  • Hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation in accordance with EASA -Part CC requirements
  • Minimum A Level qualifications or comparable level
  • EASA certification
  • Legal authorisation to work in Europe and a valid passport
  • Ability to swim at least 200meters unaided
  • Clean criminal record
  • Be flexible to work irregular hours

Hold a valid cabin crew Medical Report issued in accordance with Subpart C of Part-MED (Annex IV of EU Regulation 1198/2011), or have been assessed as fit following a medical assessment under Regulation (EEC) No. 3922/91 Annex III (EU-OPS) OPS 1.995 within the previous five years.
