Leading provider of retail services is now recruiting a marketing operations director to manage brand delivery, customer engagement and communications through retail branches, and define and deliver a range of formats and designs for branches that will deliver brand consistently and an excellent customer experience.
With a large retail branch network, our client offers a wide range of products and services across multiple categories to customers, the majority of which are available in-branch. Coordinating the retail messaging and promotional activity to ensure an excellent customer experience and drive commercial value for the business is a critical task.
As Retail Marketing Operations Director responsibilities will include:
- Define and deliver a range of formats and designs for branches that will deliver brand consistently, an excellent customer experience and can accommodate the range of formats and management models of our branch network.
- Define customer touch-points within branches, and develop and manage processes by which these are optimised across the business
- Establish and run a planning process by which retail promotional activity is coordinated, planned, and fit for purpose when delivered by marketing in support of campaigns across categories and channels.
As Marketing Operations Director you will work closely with agency partners, retailers and internal and external stakeholders, you will define the strategic use retail outlets for customer messaging and marketing communications. You will set the framework for how marketing is delivered in-store, lead cross-functional planning and work closely with the communications teams to ensure the brand positioning and customer experience are delivered effectively in branches and that commercial objectives are achieved.
