I am working with a brilliant up and coming construction business. This company has enjoyed in tripling in size in the last few months with increased profits all round! They are now ready to take on an extra pair of experienced hands.

The successful candidate will be joining the business as an Accounts Assistant dipping into duties such as managing all of the sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliation's, preparation of CIS returns and VAT returns ready for HMRC submission, keeping log of customer’s extra works and invoicing accordingly, managing trade accounts and weekly timesheets for subcontractors, with wage reports, profitability reports, weekly forecasting, taking care of subcontractors weekly pay and lots of other duties.

The successful candidate will be someone who is looking to join a fun and lively working atmosphere. Ideally you will have:

  • A good practical experience in an all-round accounts role
  • An outgoing personality and confidence to match
  • Experience within the construction industry would be helpful
  • Strong excel skills
  • Accounting qualification's would also help
