Home to world class products, such as the Dulux Superbrand we are recruiting a Regional Account Manager to drive profit growth in our Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC) store network by developing business with contractors and key specifiers.

As Regional Account Manager you will focus on delivering world class customer management by collaborating with DDC stores and the Contractor and Specifier Team in your region to design and execute sales plans. You will develop effective and efficient ways of working with the DDC stores to deliver jointly agreed plans, business growth and world class customer engagement. We will look to you to construct a compelling DDC proposition and foster in-depth customer relationships to ensure our products are used by contractors and specifiers on projects in sectors such as construction, education, healthcare and social housing. You will also build an understanding customer trends in your region and work with colleagues to influence them and grow regional sales and profits. Important too will be the ability to develop market, competitor and customer insights and share these with key stakeholders in the business to support a continuous improvement culture.

You must an experienced sales professional with a record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast paced environment. Your success will be based on developing client focused and commercially viable solutions to meet the customers’ needs. You will be used to creating and executing strategic customer plans as well as deploying customer insights, need and behaviours to build sales plans that improve commercial performance. You will be good at fostering in-depth client relationships and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. Self-motivated, you excel forecasting, are comfortable achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations. You will also be the sort of person who is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments. A full driving licence is essential too.
