Clark James Financial Services are working with an established Independent Financial Adviser who are seeking a highly experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their Corporate department and provide effective support to the Corporate Advisers.

Key duties:

  • Rebroking existing corporate schemes
  • Prepare client files and joiner packs for meetings
  • Dealing with the administration and servicing of schemes and individual members
  • Processing all new business and providing regular updates on progress to clients and IFAs
  • Dealing with implementation of new schemes and conducting research
  • Maintain, monitor and oversee the smooth running of the scheme including reviews, renewals, new joiners and leavers
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Manage annual reviews to ensure product remains suitable
  • Work closely with IFAs and Manager to deliver teams goals and targets
  • Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Employee Benefits products including Group Pensions, Group Income Protection, Group Life, Group Critical Illness, Group PMI, and ideally Auto-enrolment legislation
  • Progression with the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent, with a minimum of R01, R02 & GR1,and prepared to continue with studying
  • Highly IT literate: excellent Excel skills are essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organised, with a high level of accuracy
  • Development and implementation of initiatives, solutions and solves problems


  • Salary - Circa £30,000 - £35,000
