My luxury fashion client based in central London are looking for a Digital and Marketing Director to join their team, this is a newly created position due to ambitions growth in the business.

As the digital and marketing director you will be reporting to the CEO and COO you will be responsible for defining marketing strategy and driving growth through new customer acquisition on and offline. You will work with the founders and broader team to continue to build and grow brand awareness and the brand story globally through innovative and commercial 360 degree marketing and digital campaigns. You will lead the digital and marketing teams working closely with individuals to leverage and develop their skills to deliver initiatives that drive sales and support aggressive growth targets, with special focus on coordinating and integrating all marketing activities across all global markets and all channels, with superior levels of internal communication. The role is covering as a whole - Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, reporting and innovation, planning, budgeting and leadership.

To be successful for this role you will you must be highly analytical and dive into the detail to gain intelligence and insight and assist teams to drive growth. Highly motivated to drive an existing brand to meet aggressive brand awareness plans and scale up. Have strong people management skills and experience in recruiting, managing and developing teams. Have excellent oral and written communication skills and lots of experience of working with customers internally and externally. You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of managing a successful digital marketing function. Lastly, very results oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
