The purpose of this job will be to take full responsibility for accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the Accounts Receivables function. You will need to provide best in class service to both internal and external customers of Financial Control.

For this job you will need to be able to-

Produce monthly sales invoices for different types of charges in Accounting system and send electronically to franchises and other customers
Invoices issued to EU and UK franchises
Administer new accounts set up both ledger system and invoicing portal
Set up new bank details and run monthly Direct Debit collections
Deal with failed direct debit processes and coordinate actions to recover funds effectively 
Allocation of cash receipts 
Answer customer/franchisee queries
Liaise with relevant teams to ensure transfers and new openings are concluded and effectively managed
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
Monitor contract payment schedules, liaising with appropriate stakeholders to ensure prompt invoicing
Complete balance sheet and franchisee accounts reconciliations
Adhoc projects
Month end journal processing
Refund processing
Monitor aged debtors ensuring balances are kept to a minimum 

For this job you must have 

At least 1 years experience within high volume invoice processing
Knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise1 or a similar accounting system 
PC literate 
Good excel skills and experience of Microsoft Word
Languages are preferable but not essential (French/German/Spanish 

You will need to be able to 

Work effectively as part of a team of three in AR
Work across functionally as part of a larger finance team
Teams outside Finance associated with role- Operations, HR, Marketing, New product Development, Supply Chain, Business Development& I.T and Legal
