We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join our team in our busy Bicester office.
You must have proven commercial Account Management or Customer Service experience and a hunger to drive sales to achieve set targets. You must be proactive, commercially aware, possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all you deal with.
Duties will include:
•Proactively marketing the business to both clients and candidates to build sales pipeline using creative marketing ideas and collateral
•Face to face interviewing and client meetings
•Working towards set KPI’s and revenue targets
•Prospecting new business, and maintaining current business, through a targeted campaign with consistent contact through face to face, telephone and other media
•Recruit quality candidates via planned marketing, recommendations, promotional activity and other means
•Gathering potential business leads, and proactively developing these to win new business
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities can be ever changing, so the ability to organise your day and re-prioritise is a must . You must be a true team player, with the ability to work unsupervised towards your own set goals. You must have the ability to naturally build lasting relationships with all you meet, from clients to candidates to colleagues. Your own transport will be required for this role.
