As a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, and highly profitable business, our client has created a growing portfolio of Consumer brands, targeted predominantly at the millennial demographic, both in the UK and internationally. They operate a multi-channel model which combines e-commerce and digital marketing operations, as well as store based retail.
The business is looking to develop the market share and footprint of its existing brands within the UK and internationally, and also launch newly developed brands into the portfolio. As such, the planning and delivery of effective digital marketing is considered critical, and this role represents an opportunity to have direct involvement and a tangible impact on the commercial growth of the business, through the development, management and day-to-day running of all Paid Social activities.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this is a new role which can allow for great prospects, particularly involvement or development into wider digital marketing activities, such as PPC and SEO.
We are looking for candidates with solid Paid Social experience, either in a dedicated role or one where Paid Social has been a major focus in the Digital mix. You will need to be analytical with data, be a problem solver, and someone who can set and interpret KPI’s, and understand how to improve performance. You will need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business.
Experience with consumer and millennial brands would be useful.
