Technical Support Team Lead- Buckinghamshire

The successful Technical Support Team Lead will hold the following responsibilities;

  • Lead and improve current services eg. Customer Service and Aftersales
  • Ensure reliable technical support and service for all products is available to customers and installers onsite and remotely when required
  • Oversee systems designs to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Record and track product and supplier information
  • Lead and motivate a small technical team to ensure effective customer and internal relationships are created and maintained
  • Plan and deliver training to staff and customers
  • Uphold and improve standards in service delivery
  • Ensure all business technical support activities are completed to meet deadlines

The successful Technical Support Team Lead will hold the following experience;

  • Experience working in a technical position within the HVAC industry is preferable
  • Experience in a hands- on role within a manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • The ability to read and interpret technical reports
  • Understanding of architectural drawings and technical specifications
