Our prestigious Burton based company requires a Sales Support Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, and working in conjunction with the internal and external Sales Teams, this role requires a self motivated individual who can provide a courteous and efficient service in order to achieve effective results.

The successful post holder will receive a salary of between £16,000 and £18,000, 25 days holiday, free onsite parking, ongoing training and a company pension scheme, with the opportunity to progress.

Duties will include

- monitoring the progress of orders to ensure that deliveries are made in full and on time

- providing switchboard cover

- setting up new products and price agreements

- accurately applying price increases and processing sample and literature requests

- data inputting when required

- monitoring and producing housekeeping reports and processing month end filing and reports

- maintaining records and distributing post

Switchboard experience is preferred and a good knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word and Excel is essential.

Own transport is essential due to the location- there is no bus route.
