Sales Development Manager - Drinks - £30-35K + 10K OTE + Car/Allowance

The Role: Working across North London and within M25 territory, the new Sales Development Manager will inherit a portfolio of accounts to manage and as well prospect new business. Selling an entire range of alcoholic drinks, you will target on-trade businesses; pubs, clubs and some restaurants. Typically dealing with managers and owners, you will be expected to work 2 evenings per week. In this field sales role, relationship management will be key to your success.

The Company: Established over 200 years ago and top 3 in their market, our client is an award-winning brewer and drinks wholesaler with over 3,000 pubs, restaurants and hotels across the UK. Their portfolio of alcoholic drinks include; beer, lager and ale, wine and spirits. This company can offer progression into management, key and national accounts. To be considered for this role you must come from a business to business sales background.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have B2B sales experience
  • Ideally FMCG but open on background
  • Consultative sales approach, relationship management skills

Benefits of this role:

  • Up to £35,000 dependent on experience, plus £10-20,000 OTE
  • Company car or £436 monthly allowance, laptop, mobile, healthcare and pension
