Payroll and Billing Coordinator
A highly prestigious legal recruitment agency in stunning offices based in the heart of the City currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Payroll and Billing Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team. The Payroll and Billing Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordinating a large weekly temp payroll as well as client billing. There will also be some day to day accounting transactions, including bank reconciliations and credit control. This role requires a high level of organisation, good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads. Previous experience within a professional services firm would be helpful but not essential. A knowledge of Sage 50 would also be an asset. If you are a bookkeeper or part qualified accountant with one to five years' experience this could be the role for you.
