A Quantity Surveyor role in Central London with a Prime Residential specialist.

A centrally based Construction Company specialising in residential, delivering luxury residential refurbishment projects in Central and South West London.
Projects include light construction projects and full refurbishments in SW London for residential home owners & landlords.
Your new role
In your role as Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the management of projects, budget preparation, progress reports, final account preparation, client interaction and attending various design team / site meetings. You will have responsibility for direction of the function in relation to relevant projects. Your position will include responsibility for the day to day operational oversight of key projects and including; responsibility for liaising with and promoting cooperation with other functions, effectively assisting the Commercial Manager and the management of intermediate and junior surveyors as required.
Ultimately you will employ a complete Commercial scope for the company and influence in identifying projects going forward.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have proven experience in working with a high end fit out company on multi-site complex projects. Super prime residential experience is highly desirable. It is essential that you have an accomplished understanding of preparing tender estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents. IT literacy and an expert knowledge of health and safety regulations is a required attribute. RICS qualification is highly desirable.
