Learning & Development Specialist - Financial Services
Our Client, a successful Financial Services business based in Bracknell, are currently looking for a learning and devlopment specialist to aid in the growth and development of their company.
The role will involve:
Delivering 'Welcome day' inductions and a variety of prepped in house courses i.e. assertiveness, presentation, call handling etc"
Delivering appropriate in-house training courses across the business
Delivering induction training in relation to company policy
Assisting in development of new training material
Providing feedback to employees and line managers for development
Supporting the HR management team with change initiatives and quality controls generally
Ensuring TCF exists in all qualitative and training deliverables
Meeting regulatory obligations in terms of training and qualitative controls
Responsibility for the recruitment process from role profile review through to offer stage
Liaising with recruitment partners, agents and the business on candidates
Microsoft packages, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience delivering face to face training
Audit and monitoring experience
Regulatory knowledge of TCF/Data Protection etc
Relationship management experience
Financial Services/Mortgage industry experience
Assisting in developing new training material
Certificate in training Practice or equivalent
Experience of working in a learning and development environment
