Sheridan Maine are working in partnership with a large, successful Swindon based Financial Services firm who are looking for a progressive Financial Planning and Reporting Manager with management accounting and analysis knowledge.

As a Financial Planning and Reporting Manager, you will be working closely with the Finance Team, Finance Manager and Management Accountant.

The business is well known across the South West and Swindon, as they constantly strive to deliver first class service within the Financial Services industry. They operate an extremely progressive, dynamic and inclusive culture with a developed team.

Key responsibilities of the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager include:

- Assisting the Financial Controller in financial reporting for month end, business plans, KPIs, solvency and commercial analysis and working closely with the Finance Manager and in-house Accounts Team. .
- Variance and strategy analysis, recommendations of revenue and margins.
- Calculation of provisions for the development of models and assumptions.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a number of years' experience in analysing, reporting and presenting financial and commercial information.
