Lead Audience Analyst


£50,000 - £55,000

A leading content and publishing business are recruiting into their Audience Intelligence team. This role will report directly into the Head of for the business and will be a key position working with key stakeholders from the wider business.

They have evolving online platforms as well as mobile and tablet platforms as well for this person to understand the audience interaction with them all.

Responsibilities of Lead Audience Analyst

- Helping to develop a reporting infrastructure and self-service model throughout the business
- Producing high quality reports and analysis to key stakeholders
- Design the right metrics method of measurement for effective management information (MI)
- Provide insight around content, product and commerce performance.
- Encourage the use of self-service tools within the business and provide support and training where needed
- Mentor and manage junior analysts
- Help to create the best in class digital reporting toolset to understand the audience and how to monitor / track behaviour with the brand.

Requirements of Lead Audience Analyst

- Experience using web analytics tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics suite would be beneficial
- Understanding of online tracking and metrics
- Experience of using tag management software like Dynamic Tag Management or Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML and web principles
- Understanding of online marketing and audience insight
