Due to the continued success and growth a leading Kent based IFA requires an experienced PA/Administrator to assist with diary management, preparing for client meetings and liaising with clients.

This role is 25% PA, 75% administration. If you have the ambition, resilience and dynamism required this will be an exciting opportunity for a long term role!

Key Responsibilities:

? Diary management

? Meeting preparation - drafting agendas / collating reports / Excel sheets

? Meeting summary letters

? Client liaison via telephone / email / post

? Screening telephone calls and taking detailed messages

? Typing letters from draft and Siri dictation

? Liaising with third party providers for information on clients' existing plans

? Liaising with third parties regarding external client services.

? Submitting client applications and preparing suitability letters

? Distribution of marketing material - by email and post

? Covering team duties and providing team secretarial support

? Monitoring client servicing and administration processes to ensure effective delivery of work

Skills and Experience required:

? A proven track record of PA/administration experience within Wealth Management / IFA

? A solid knowledge of basic financial products such as Equity ISA, Unit Trusts and personal pensions.

? Professional qualifications such as RO1 or FA1, preferred but not essential

? A comprehensive understanding of general industry terminology

? Exceptionally high level of attention to detail

? Advanced in all Microsoft Office applications and ability to type quickly and accurately

? Able to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive 'can do' attitude

? Ability to work autonomously and within a team

? Open to change/new ideas

? The ability to manage conflicting demands in a calm, friendly and non-judgmental manner.

? The ability to communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner both written and oral is important as the role will involve frequent contact with clients.
