Experienced Residential Site Manager Required In Stroud
Your new company
A well-known regional housing developer best known for developments across the South West are looking to recruit a Residential Site Manager. Due to their recent success and the acquisition of new sites in the Gloucestershire area.
Your new role
You will be working alongside a team which is another 1 Project Managers, 1 Assistant Site Managers when on site which would be split across 3 phases.
What you'll need to succeed
You should ideally have experience in running large sites of 200 units + having worked for a PLC. You will be required to have CSCS, Scaffold Appreciation, H&S such as First Aid and SMSTS as minimum. You will go far if you are looking for a challenging environment and get good results from your team. It would be advantageous if you will have a pure housing background but they will consider mixed development backgrounds, for example apartment schemes.
What you'll get in return
You will receive up to £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits per annum and there is a clear route for progression.
