Post:  Nursery Manager

Location: Busy Bees at Croydon Haling Park, 66 Haling Park Road, Croydon CR2 6NF

Contract: Full time and permanent

Salary:  Up to £38,000 per annum (subject to qualifications and experience)

Our Busy Bees Nursey in Haling Park, Croydon is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who is committed to ensuring that all children receive the very best care. We are looking for a Manager for our beautiful nursery who is an inspirational and empowering leader to help make a difference to the lives of children.

Key responsibilities:    

  • Empower the team to deliver rich learning opportunities for all children through unique and exciting environments
  • Ensure all staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and carryout their role in line with all policies, procedures and legislative requirements
  • Fully manage the overall day to day operation of the nursery
  • Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling costs as per the agreed budget

The skills set & experience:

  • An unrivalled passion for childcare
  • Over 1 years current experience as a Nursery Manager
  • Minimum of 4 years occupational experience in a nursery setting 
  • Qualifications – you will need to have been qualified for at least 3 years with a minimum -
    NNEB * BTEC Nat Dip * CACHE Dip in Childcare * NVQ level 3
