A SALES ADMINISTRATOR is required by this volume main franchised dealer based on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter. Duties will include: File preparation, invoicing, vehicle ordering and progress monitoring, audit preparation, new and used vehicle registering, liaising with both the Sales team and customers. To be considered individuals will ideally come from an automotive administration background although those from other administrative roles, who can demonstrate strong transferable skills, will also be given due consideration. This is a full time (5 days a week) role in a successful, modern and busy facility which makes up part of a large Southwest dealer group.
