Field Sales, BDM, RSM, Sales Executive, Sales Representative. Selling market leading rainscreen cladding, architectural cladding and decorative facade solutions used in high rise residential, social housing & Schools & Education projects. Up to £55k basic, plus bonus and benefits.


- Our client is globally recognised as a leader in high pressure laminate, used in building envelope applications.

- They have a multi-million £ turnover and a great reputation for product development. They currently have an exciting opportunity to join the successful London team in this project led sales role.


- Covering West London, South West London and North West London, plus Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

- Selling our clients market leading high pressure laminate, exterior rainscreen and architectural cladding and decorative facade solutions.

- You will be selling to and building relationships with Architects and specifiers, main contractors, specialist sub contractors and distributors.

- You will be targeted to carry out at least 40 quality calls per month, with a mix of new and established accounts. You will also typically conduct 1 CPD seminar per week.

- Average order value of circa £50k, although they have worked on prestigious cladding projects worth £1million +.

- Projects typically consist of high rise residential apartments, social housing, schools, education, student accommodation.

- Excellent product training and support is offered.


- Ideally you will have a successful track record of selling an exterior building envelope product.

- You will have a good technical understanding, i.e. an understanding of wind loading and u values.

- You will be a good communicator, able to deal with a specifier one minute, a contractor on site the next and then a key distributor. A good team player, project led.

- You will looking to grow with the company and want a long term career.

- You will have a demonstrable track record of project led sales experience in the construction industry.


- Basic salary of £50,000- £55000, dependent on experience

- Annual bonus potential of up to 20% of basic salary

- Pension contribution of 6% from the company and 3% from the employee
