Day Spa Telesales Agent

Ranked second in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100, Spabreaks.com is Europe’s leading seller of spa travel packages and holidays. We work with over 750 spa venues around the world and are growing rapidly. As a result we are on the lookout for talented sales agents to join our highly successful Day Spa sales team.

Role to include, but not limited to:

You will be working in a fast paced and challenging telesales role liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer’s day spa break.

  • To act in a professional and efficient manner to phone and email enquiries

  • To take details from the customer, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify the customer’s exact needs and requirements, in order to maximise upon any revenue opportunities from each enquiry

  • To facilitate smooth and effective communication with the various reservation departments at specific venues in order to check availability, discuss treatment time availability and any special requirements for the customer, whilst maintaining the professional relationship that Spabreaks.com is renowned for

  • To follow up with customers, venues and other third parties to close sales and take payment

  • To identify potential new business from old leads

  • Use initiative to up-sell and cross-sell other products to the customer

  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the Spabreaks.com website

  • Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPI’s

  • Other additional administration duties as required

Required Experience

  • Experience of working in a telephone based sales role previously would be preferred.

  • A team player, with the ability to communicate with different departments and venues effectively

  • Carry effective organisational skills and posses’ the ability to multi-task

  • Dedicated and determined in achieving set targets / KPI’s consistently

  • Proven ability to work under pressure
