Salary: £24,100 - £26,778per annum, plus regular user car allowance

Due to an expansion of our Employment Team an exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a successful and growing team. In this new role you will provide a vital service supporting customers into training, volunteering and sustained employment and play an important role ensuring Orbit achieves its ambitious jobs and training targets.

You will deliver a bespoke support service tailored to customers’ needs providing advice, guidance and coaching to enable customers to overcome barriers to employment. This service will include coaching and support for customers, including in their homes and will require partnership working across different sectors, such as DWP, training providers and employers.

Applicants will need to have experience of working with individuals within the training and employment sector. You will need to demonstrate experience of taking a coaching approach to delivering employability services and have experience of working with vulnerable individuals with multiple issues that act as barriers to training and employment.

Applicants will need to understand the principles of external contract delivery and be able to adopt such contract disciplines in regard to customer eligibility and targets.

You will require good motivational and organisational skills and need to be passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check.

A full driving licence and use of a car is required.
