CENTRAL BRISTOL WITH SOME TRAVEL TO OTHER OFFICE LOCATIONS
SALARY £40000 - £45000 SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE
We are delighted to be working with an award-winning , full service organisation within professional services which is named by The Financial Times as one of Europe's most innovative organisations, which is rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach for delivering services, and for its strengths in the financial services, leisure, retail and consumer goods, technology, media and telecoms, renewables, housing and public services.
This is a niche specialist role that will require a high degree of leadership and strategic skills but at the same time have the technical expertise and understanding of working with systems related to Client Relationship, Document/Case Management, Accounting and Tools for Document Comparison, Metadata Cleaning, PDF Manipulation and Digital Dictation.
The delivery of training will be by way of Webinars, E Learning, Classroom/Workshops and one to one coaching.
Whilst a high percentage of this training is already in place we are seeking to work with our client to appoint a candidate that will be able to assess the organisations development needs, able to perform Training Needs Analysis, create bespoke packages that are fit for purpose aligned to future growth plans and assess the Return on Expectation/Investment. Delivery of programmes will be managed by the internal Training Team.
