UK Divisional Director
£70,000 - £80,000 + plus attractive bonus scheme

Our Client

Our client is a leading high end audio manufacturing company with a fantastic reputation within the professional audio and domestic consumer sectors. They are looking to recruit an experienced and professional UK Divisional Director to join their expanding team.

The Role

As UK Divisional Director you will have responsibility for the management of the UK distribution business, and small sales team, delivering sales targets for growth. You will be expected to achieve sales order targets whilst maintaining product pricing levels within the sales overhead budgets. You will also be in charge of preparing the UK division annual business plan and along with the head of marketing you will undertake the launch of approved new products.

The successful candidate will be a sales and marketing professional, with excellent communication and management skills. You must have a proven record of performance delivery and experience of sourcing, evaluating and introducing new products into a dealer network. This will be an office based role.
