Are you a Personal Assistant looking to work for a leading firm of Solicitors in prestigious offices in the city centre?

This is a role in two parts, the first is to work as a P.A. to the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Division, the second part requires a document manager experienced in dealing with large scale file and document management relating to high value and complex cases.

The role demands proactivity, self motivation and strong IT and organisational skills. The successful applicant will support the Corporate and Commercial Division.

The typical duties will be to provide secretarial support to the Head of Department.
Provide of accurate, timely, efficient, and professional support to the team, ensuring that documents produced in the team are accurate, complete and compliant with internal and external guidelines and legislation. You will assist in the development of document management policies to facilitate efficient and secure access to electronic content.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of large scale file and document management within a commercial and litigation environment, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to process and organise a high volume of electronic and hard form documents quickly and efficiently and have an understanding of the litigation process and a familiarity with court forms would be beneficial.
