Interested ind enveloping a career in a professional consultancy? Great news, a vacancy exists for a Inside Sales Consultant within the Data Sales team,
in their West London offices in Kensington Village, near Olympia. With Big Data and Data Science a hot topic, this role offers a great opportunity to join the market leader in this field.

This phone based sales role will involve very consultative selling, providing clients with solutions across data, market analysis and market leading software solutions. The right candidate will have 6 months or more sales experience in a B2B sales role and be a high calibre University Graduate.

This exciting opportunity offers excellent paths for progression and comes with a great starting basic salary of £24,000-£27,000 and uncapped commissions. They also offer an excellent benefits package with free gym membership, pension, private health care and company share purchase plan!

Salespeople often hit 150% of their sales target and regularly achieve commission of 7% of net sales!

The Data sales team is predominantly but not exclusively 'internal', on most occasions the full sales cycle is executed over the phone. Outbound calling activity remains the dominant KPI; however, written communication via email and social media platforms is required daily.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop consultancy sales skills alongside the opportunity to embark on a long term career in a professional organisation.

The essential functions of the job include all aspects of the sales process, including:

*New business development via telephone, email and LinkedIn to create a pipeline of business

*Successfully meet a monthly sales quota by securing sales from both new business (majority) and account management / growth (minority)

*Consistently meet KPI's surrounding outbound call activity, quotations, conversions and other lead sourcing activities

*Take ownership of managing, reporting on and improving their own sales performance including devising and implementing sales plans

*Drive growth within their market, contribute to sales strategy and participate in the creation

*Negotiate and close business to exceed sales targets.

Core Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

*A 'hunter' with a proven ability to proactively generate new business
*Self-starter, self-disciplined, results driven and highly energetic
*A very good communicator, who is outgoing and confident
*The ability to source leads and expand the sector through their own efforts
*A demonstrable track record of high sales performance
*The ability to absorb complex solutions and present them with simplicity; understand technical information and think laterally to deliver a variety of solutions
*Excellent relationship building skills
*Able to manage and support client organisations at all levels *A real attention to detail
*Have a minimum 6 months B2B internal sales experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of hitting target consistently

Other requirements:
*Must have a Universit Degree Edcuation
*UK resident
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*IT Literate (MS Office).
