St Elizabeth’s Centre, near Bishops Stortford in Hertfordshire provides registered residential and respite care services with nursing support for over 100 adults with severe epilepsy, learning disabilities and associated neurological disorders.

Deputy Home Care Manager

37.5 hours week

£20,522 - £23,166 per annum

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Home Care Manager who will undertake care duties and in addition monitor and enforce standards, leading by example at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with people with learning difficulties in either a care or residential setting, understand the importance of working to individual care plans and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have level 2 in Health and Social Care or above, and are looking to further your career in an organisation that is striving to promote optimum quality of life for its residents, we would like to hear from you.

Shifts are varied and include a mixture of earlies / lates and some weekends. Shifts times are: 9.00am-2.45pm or 2:15pm-9:45 pm.On a one to one basis you may be required to work a 9.00am to 5pm shift.
