Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A Residential Conveyancer is required to join an Award Winning legal practice in West Yorkshire. Salary is upwards of £20,000 + bonus, depending on experience.

Our client, a market leader in Residential Conveyancing, with a team of experienced property professionals, provide an outstanding service focusing on the needs of the individual client.

You will be working in a busy, friendly office dealing with your own caseload of sales and purchase files from start to finish.

The successful candidate will ideally have over 12 months experience, running your own caseload of sales and purchase files with minimal supervision. You will benefit from having a dedicated Legal Assistant to support you in your work.

Tasks Include:
* Running own caseload of Freehold & Leasehold matters
* Sales & Purchases
* Shared Ownership
* New builds
* Transfer of Equity files
* Working both with and without assistance dependant on live caseload levels
* Liaise with lenders, brokers, developers and estate agents
